Fenna provides an AI receptionist that handles calls and messages for your business. The service is provided as-is with reasonable availability.
Monthly subscriptions, cancel anytime; usage above your plan cap is billed as overage.
You provide accurate business information and inform your guests where required. Abuse (spam, illegal use) is not permitted.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months, to the extent permitted by law.
Either party may cancel monthly. On termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided 'as-is'. AI can make mistakes; you remain responsible for your communication with your guests. We don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You indemnify Fenna against claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your failure to comply with laws (e.g. informing guests).
This agreement is governed by Irish law; disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Ireland.
